- Take the stairs. You’ve got two legs, so use them at every opportunity.
- Walk it off. Get on those cross-trainers and walk for a half-hour a day to boost your energy levels.
- Plan a picnic at a local park. Pack lots of healthy snacks, bring your in-line skates and grab your friends for an active, fun day.
- Join your school’s basketball, volleyball or cheerleading team. You’ll meet new friends and stay fit.
- Instead of pop, drink a glass of water with lemon in it. It’s important to stay hydrated, especially when exercising.
- Addicted to TV? Do jumping jacks between commercials.
